TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accommodation are capacity controlled and thus subject to availability at the time the booking form is processed

Rates exclude all park fees such as entry fees, daily levies and picnic site fees as well as services not mentioned in the inclusions, as well as any meals & drinks.

This is a self-catering lodge. There is a basic supply store in the camp site. You will receive a grocery list with your booking request that can be completed and the supplies will then be handed to you on arrival when you collect your keys.

Passport & visa costs (where applicable), your travel insurance and any items of a personal nature are for your own cost and not included in the rates.

Fees are subject to change therefor will only be communicated with your booking request.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Full payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. This include payment of your grocery order.

If the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Written notice is required if you wish to cancel your booking.

6 weeks prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee applies.

4 weeks prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee applies. Non-refundable fee for groceries order will apply.

3 weeks prior to arrival date, 75% cancellation fee applies. Non-refundable fee for groceries order will apply.

2 weeks or less, 100% cancellation fee applies. Non-refundable fee for groceries order will apply.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
